This year the monsoon hit the coasts of Tamil Nadu hard and most of the villages where we work have been flooded.

But it is the old roofs of the huts, made of a few palm leaves never replaced for years and full of holes that create the greatest discomfort and make the life of these poor people really difficult.

As always, the tribal communities suffer the most, most of them still living in shelters that cannot even be defined as huts.

For now, over thirty sheets have been distributed but another fifty have already been ordered
